"Delivery was actually quick"
It showed up faster than I expected, so that was nice. Packaging was fine too, nothing fancy but it did the job ok.

"Refund was quick and hassle-free"

"Decent enough for the price, but nothing special"
It was alright overall, I mean for the price I can’t really complain too much because it does what it’s meant to do and the quality is fine, just not something that really impressed me or made me feel like I got an amazing deal. Delivery was okay as well, it wasn’t exactly quick but it turned up without any hassle so that’s fine. I’d maybe order from lrmgoods.co.uk again if I saw a good price, but I’d probably have a look around first before deciding...

"Packaging was a total mess"
The box showed up completely crushed, and it was frustrating. I don’t feel like I should have to beg for something to arrive in decent condition. It just left me annoyed and a little resentful because this feels like such a basic thing to get right.
